We're a very successful, fun, and fast-growth health and wellness brand, who sells over 10,000 products per month on Amazon.
We're looking for a highly experienced AMERICAN customer service person, THAT LIVES IN THE USA to join our fun and friendly team, and serve our customers.
The role will be handling inbound calls, customer messages, emails, and chat. It's pure service, there is no selling of any kind.
Our products are quite technical, so lots of training and support will be provided. Because of the training and nature of our products, we are looking for someone who wants a stable role for years to come - not a job to fill in some time.
The role will start part-time, four hours a day, then increase to full time - so we will prefer candidates who can take on more hours as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a ton of customer service experience, and a track record of successful customer service roles. They will also be motivated, driven, and able to work at home, remotely and independently.
