Required HIPAA freelancer for HIPAA consultant for a web application job

We're looking for a HIPAA consultant to guide us on the development of our webapp and related cloud architecture. We are aware of many of the requirements of HIPAA compliance, however we need an expert who can guide us and ask us questions to ensure we are meeting compliance and we are mitigating risk in our business. As an example, some of the terminology around password and user security compliance is open to interpretation, and one must come up with a implementation that meets the requirements. We will propose our solution to this part of HIPAA compliance and we will need this checked to see that it is reasonable.

We are looking for someone that has extensive experience consulting on similar healthcare projects. We need to help with knowing what the optimal solutions are for all points of HIPAA compliance. Please be confident that you can demonstrate prior experience helping clients in this way.
