We are a fast growing e-commerce business primary selling on Amazon.
We are looking for a professional and competent assistant to provide customer service via email messaging as well as carry out other admin tasks.
You will have exceptional English writing skills and be an excellent communicator with the ability to learn quickly. .
Previous experience is desirable, but not necessary.
Your tasks will include:
1) Responding to customer email queries
2) Creating shipping labels for our suppliers
3) Arranging payments and updating our payment books spreadsheet
Full training will be provided.
This is a long term role. We need you to commit 1 hour a day, everyday. Half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening. We may need for you to dedicate more hours in busy periods when necessary.
Rate is negotiable depending on experience and quality of the candidate.
