We are a growing e-commerce business developing new Shopify sites across several unique niches.
We are currently looking for a virtual assistant experienced in Shopify and product listings to add products to our sites. You will need to add items from provided supplier URLs to our site, add provided photos, write an appealing and accurate item description, and log details on a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
This job will have the opportunity to take on additional jobs and responsibilities within our business if you so desire after we complete our product listings.
Responsibilities Include:
-Adding products to our Shopify sites from URLs we will provide on a Google Sheet.
-Adding photos and writing an accurate product description.
-Logging the details of the items on a spreadsheet.
Qualities Needed:
-Shopify platform administrator experience.
-Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
-Knowledge of and access to Google apps (at minimum):
-Gmail
-Hangouts
-Google Sheets
-Google Drive
-Ability to write accurate product descriptions in English.
Additional Desired Skills:
-Shopify site customization/ coding experience
