Required Accounting freelancer for HR Consultant job

We are looking for an HR consultant who has experience working with startups. As a lean organization, with mostly a virtual team we need someone that can structure the team to optimize results and help us meet our objectives. The structure should allow for collaboration, easy reporting and people fulfilling multiple roles. This will be a part time role with some in-house consultation required at our NYC office.

- Define HR structure and org chart
- Assist with filling the positions by developing job descriptions, recruiting and interviewing
- Develop HR processes such as onboarding, develop templates and organizational paperwork, maintain employee records
- Define compensation and bonus plans and coordinate with management for implementation


Requirements of the role
5+ years HR experience
Experience with a startup and virtual teams
Candidate should be based in NYC
