We are startup HR consultations firm looking for 'HR Recruiter' for fulltime opportunity to join our professional team.
Responsibilities:
- Post & track job ads on relevant websites.
- Research and Source applicants to feed the pool of our candidates.
- Screen and shortlist sourced candidates according to the given criteria.
- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Liaise and lead correspondences to candidates.
- Maintain recruitment database
Person Specifications:
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field.
- 1-3 years of work experience in 'Human Resources Management' with more focus on the recruitment and selection.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Expert user of LinkedIn and other worldwide job boards is a big plus.
- Professional user of Ms.Office and Google sheet.
- Loyal and dedicated.
Hourly Rate: $4 / hr with periodical increments based on performance.
Working hours: Flexible working times
On-going training would be available from day one.
