We are leading IT Staffing and Consulting company based in NJ/NYC. We are looking for an HR recruiter/Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Rep with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette, ability to follow directions. The application should be resident in US/Canada
Freelancers will be trained in the process, we are looking for individuals who are excellent in phone conversations and are looking for a long term engagement.
Below are some responsibilities.
1) Coordinate with offshore/US team for making calls on the lead
2) Able to coordinate with the leads on gathering basic information, interview scheduling.
4) Ability to create simple excel and maintain a list.
5) Excellent follow-up skills with the leads needed to close the contracts.
This is an ongoing process depending on how well the hire does in the first few weeks of work.
