Required Administrative Support,Human Resource Management,Recruiting freelancer for HR Specialist for Organizations Structure job

We are looking for an HR specialist to help our organization with the following:

1. Draft organizations roles including the responsibilities for each role
2. Draft talent management and succession plans
3. Draft policies and regulations in the workplace in regulation with Canadian / Quebec laws
4. Draft a complete organization org-chart
5. Draft other documentation as needed.

We have a lot of tasks and are looking to work with a skilled individual who can help us draft solid documentation within our company. Experience working with a call center and/or tech company is a plus. Please reply back with previous work you've done regarding the above list.
