There will be 4 Major Points to Cover under HRMS Portal System that shall be developed on MS SharePoint using , MS Automate and Power BI, as follows:
PEDP DashBoard
1- PEDP : Form A & B are two separate to be filled out however will be having the same Flow
a. Evaluation of Employee (Form A) by direct Manager > Once filled goes to Employee for Review >Approved or not Goes back to Manager> Once Approved Forwarded to Local HR Manager (for each company) > indicators to Group HR that it has been accomplished in a dashboard
b. Manual Filling by Manager for the fields these are changeable year over year:
i. PLR
ii. KRA
iii. WV
iv. KPI
c. Use formula of Weighted Average to come up with the final score over 100
d. All Fields are Mandatory
e. End user has the option to add or remove fields
f. The manager will fill out the Recommendation for Training.
2- PEDP Dashboard : Should indicate each company with a green or red light to indicate if this process has been completed or not
3. Learning Management System (LMS) for the monitoring of our Training and Career Development Initiatives (Our tracking system is manual)
4. HR Matrix DashBoard: To Fully Automate the process
