Required Data Entry,Internet Research,Microsoft Excel freelancer for I need someone to capture e-mail contact information and phone numbers. job

I need someone to research local real estate agencies/ realtors in Odessa and Midland Tx. I want to include Lubbock Tx, San Angelo, San Antonio, Austin and Houston. I need the following information into an Excel Spreadsheet. Company Name or Realtor Name, Date when researched, City, Website URL, e-mail contact information, phone number of realtor or agency.
I am going to then send a Client Capturing Campaign e-mail from this list. Please be very accurate.
I only wish to start with 10-20 hours depending on the price. Accomplish as much as possible during this time, but I think should be enough to get this done. If we work good together, I will offer more work in other niches, for example Chiropractor, Dentist, etc..
