Required Bank Reconciliation,Financial Accounting freelancer for I need USA person who Can setup bank account and LLC in USa job

I need a person who live in usa who are intelligent to setup a company and bank account in usa.
-must be knowledge in Accounting and first setup company registered in my name if not registered in your own name become you are manager post in a company after 1-2 month resigned the company transfer ownership on my name.
-required all my original documents i am ready to provide you when you setup.
-Note= i need a LLC and bank account in purpose of sign up of Amazon seller account because my country did not meet the criteria of Amazon requirement and not accept our bank details.
