Calling a recipe developer to create a dairy-free, hazelnut milk ice cream!

I am looking for a recipe that:

- Can be successfully re-created in a home kitchen, using a home ice cream maker.
- Uses hazelnut milk (store bought or home-made) as the base.
- Is vegan (dairy free, egg-free, animal product free).
- Creamy, scoop-able and delicious.

Initially, I would like a vanilla flavored ice cream. Opportunities for development of other flavors may be available, with successful completion of this project. Final deliverable for this project will be a detailed written recipe that can be followed successfully.
