2. Download model name faster_rcnn_resnet101_coco(faster_rcnn_resnet101_coco_2018_01_28.tar) from git(https://github.com/tensorflow/models/blob/master/research/object_detection/g3doc/detection_model_zoo.md)

3. Create python program for converting VIRATv1 json file to PASCAL VOC xml format

4. Extract sample deep feature from converted VIRATv1 sample images using downloaded faster r-cnn model.
