Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Image parser job

We want to buy an off the shelf product than can parse images of standard identification documents primarily in the Indian context (such as PAN, AADHAR, Driving licenses etc). It should also be capable of parsing images of expense receipts, extracting key information like merchant name, category, invoice date, invoice amount, tax amount, tax type etc. We are interested in buying a product that is already built with no infringement of any IP.
