Required Microsoft Windows Azure freelancer for Implement Azure upload virus scanner: job

The scope of work is to implement virus scanning of uploaded Azure
resources in a blob container. The files are uploaded directly to Azure
blob container from a website using javascript. The created resources
are named by assigning them a random GUID, so the name doesn't include a
file extension, but that could be changed if necessary. A requirement is
that files in Azure storage must not leave the server when doing
scanning and have to be scanned on it. We have a .NET project that uses
an SQL database where blob resource Name and their original file names
