The project consists of three milestones, namely

1- The code produces the attached report 1 but it has a bug. After making changes in a .ui file, they are appeared in the preview but not in the saved report.

2- Improving the figure outlook and its position like in the report 2.

3- Changing tables to be look like in the report 2 and adding a caption for the image.

The code is working in Ubuntu 16.04 with Qt 5.7 and it requires itk and vtk libraries to be installed. They are concerning the computational parts and your work don't interact with them.
