## Overview ##
- We are looking for a full-time Indonesian Human Resources & General Admin
- Will perform following duties:
- Plan & execute recruiting assignments with executive staff
- Assist on-boarding, and initial familiarization
- Assist HR planning with executive staff
- Assist with general admin tasks
- Assist with operational tasks when needed
- Perform a variety of other tasks as required
- Pay & Holidays
- Monthly 4,000,000 to 6,000,000 rp (IDR) based on experience & performance
- Hours more than 40 hours per week will increase pay, and less will reduce pay
- Bonus based on performance
- No work on Saturdays, Sunday, and Japanese Holidays
- Requirements include:
- Must be able to fluently speak, read, write in English & Indonesian
- Candidates with Japanese abilities are preferred (higher the better)
- Work Environment & Reporting
- Will share desktop & audio via 'Google Meet' during working time
- Work closely as an integrated and important part of team
- Report to American executive and work with Indonesian team
- Work from home, but must have strong sense of responsibility, punctual, and serious
- Must be a strong team player, independent, self-learning, and self-motivating
- Computer Equipment
- Must have access to high speed internet, and able to manage own computer
- Prefer use of Windows operating environment (not Mac)
- Assistant may be located anywhere in Indonesia
