Web Manager requirements:
v1.0 Backend(Should be based on scraping or Private API)
> Instagram Scrapper Plugin[With Private API]: (Mannual start)
a. Read all comments.
b. Extract @user, #tag tagged in comments and map under the tagged by @account
c. Read and store Metadata and bio of Every user account we have in DB, with User-id.
d. Verify if @user is following us or no and update in db with verification date and time.
> Data Manager Plugin:
a. Identify user by User-id as username can be change in Instagram, so to uniqly identify, use user-id instead of username, and keep record of all username. SOmething similar to tree or chain link.
f. Mark @user in which post's comment it was tagged.
> Contest/Draw Plugin:
a. Select super random user-id for selected post.
b. Update in DB which user won the contest with timestamp and prize.
