Hello!
We are a young Italian couple, we are going to renovate completely a flat at the 1st floor of a house and we need fresh ideas to re-design the floorplan and the spaces of our apartment.
Some info and some needs:
- The flat is ar. 66 sqm and the west side is affected by traffic jam.
- South looking on a small street and East looking onto our garden
- The internal height is 3 mt
- We would like to have:
- 2 bathrooms (1 large and 1 small, inside the bedroom if possible)
- We need closets or equivalent space for our stuff (Italian ladies have a lot of dresses&shoes!)
- We also would like to have a small studio or a workspace corner (desk for PC, shelves, etc.) to work from home
- The (old) windows dimensions are not fixed and we can change them (and remove/add)
We are young! therefore any unconventional ideas are more than welcome!
Just let us know if you are interested in such a project, how long would it take and how much would it cost?
