Required Architecture,3D Modeling,SketchUp,3D Design,ArchiCAD freelancer for Interior Design - Convert To Rustic Modern job

Hi There,

I am buying a house, and want to do some small work to make the house feel more rustic modern. I will be providing images of the house for now to be photos shopped with ideas placed on the images, but i would ultimately have all of the dimensions taken so we can properly plan out the exact furniture.

I will be providing a budget for the actual renovation along with links to sites that i can locally purchase from for the designer to source materials and furniture from.
I will share the photos of the house with shortlisted candidates.
