Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for Interior tenant construction as built input - Convert PDF floor plans to Revit File job

For this project, we are looking to take a PDF set of as built documents draft it in 2019 Autodesk Revit. Deceder Group will then use these files for internal space plans. There are (4) separate suites in 4 separate models:

Suite 120 - 3172 SF
Suite 130 - 4626 SF
Suite 200 - 12045 SF
Suite 302 - 16000 SF

The deliverables will include the following:
- (1) as built revit model for each suite.
- As Builts will including walls, doors, glass, millwork & plumbing fixtures
- Deceder Group will provide the Revit model for each suite with the building core already built.

This project is planned to start ASAP. There is a 20 hour budget for this job.

Field Verified Plans will be available by Saturday 3/2
