Required Accounting freelancer for International HR Consultant - Q&A job

For this job, I am looking to hire for a 30 min session with a experienced HR manager who can answer some general questions on international HR employment services and know of policy and practices relating to this. Ideally, you have performed background checks on international employees from numerous different international countries. I am currently developing a HR application for a client and need some general questions answered.
