I am working on a project to automate billing system to help companies to process their tons of invoices automatically. To extract information from invoice papers, we are using Google Vision API. You might know invoices have various formats.
As an expert in ML/CV, I want you to advise me a good solution on how to build the machine learning system to understand the invoices that can process entirely new invoices that the system has never seen. So the algorithm should learn from users' responses as much as possible.
Do not worry about OCR, we will use Google Vision API.
To prove you are really an expert, please answer followings.
1. How will you build the system to process entirely new invoices the system has never seen?
2. How will you extract table of items purchased in invoices?
