Scope:
Hardware Break Fix
Conduct technical diagnosis, physical repair, and/or exchange of devices to restore functionality. Engage OEM warranty provider when appropriate for the repair of defective hardware for warranted devices
Conduct support of in-scope print devices to identify and correct basic functionality issues or clear paper jam events, engage contracted print providers to perform physical repair or replace functions. Provide hands and eyes support where requested.
Onsite Software Support:
Provides problem diagnosis and resolution of software functionality for both the operating system and the standard desktop applications
Hands and eyes Support
Provides on-site service specialist to visually verify the state of a Server or Network-connected Device and to perform necessary tasks as directed to resolve an incident
The site is open from 08am-08pm.
