About us: PP Ventures is a New Zealand Company that provides investment and advisory support to early stage businesses.
We're looking for a virtual IT/tech support assistant to complete a range of IT projects that are anticipated to require approximately 2-10 hours per week.
The work will include the following:
- Align domain registration with free email providers (Zoho mail) and point emails to central gmail source)
- Make minor website functionality adjustments using Wix and other website platforms across various businesses
- Manage various online IT business setup tasks as need be
Skills required:
- Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Strong knowledge of gmail email and domain hosting/ services
- Strong understanding of IT web service platforms like Heroku / AWS / Route53
- Ability to think creatively and suggest new cost effective ways to manage our email / IT infrastructure
