We are looking for IT Recruiters to join our team on full-time bases. You should have experience in hiring experts in Data Science, Machine Learning, DevOps and Cloud Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Post & track job ads on relevant websites.
- Research and Source applicants to feed the pool of our candidates.
- Screen and shortlist sourced candidates according to the given criteria.
- Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their interpersonal and technical skills.
- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Liaise and lead correspondences with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment database.
Person Specifications:
- Bachelor degree in information technology or any related field.
- 2-4 years of IT recruitment experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, DevOps and Cloud Engineering.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Professional user of Ms.Office and Google sheet.
- Loyal and dedicated.
- Outstanding communication & presentation skills.
