Our company is looking to outsource an external IT team or person to maintain our computer networks, provide technical support and ensure our systems are running smoothly. We are a financial services firm and will also need our IT support to ensure we are compliant with Cyber Security regulations.
General IT Support:
- Up to 4 users
- Up to 6 PC's
- Up to 4 Mobile devices
- Remote response
- Help desk tickets to be answered\\acknowledged within 1 hour and remote response within 2-3 hours.
- Any on-site\\Emergency service would be billable hourly (including travel)
Additional Services Needed:
- Server & Workstation Cyber Settings - To avoid conflicting enforced policies, domain-controlled Server and Workstation Cyber Settings (Personal Firewall, Password, Screen Saver and Log Settings) must be configured as defined in our cyber security program's workstation cyber settings
- Workstation Configuration - Domain/Workgroup and Device name should be unique
- Office Move - ensuring that we're setup properly in our new space.
- Updates & Upgrades - Operating System upgrade to latest versions to replace unsupported versions. Software must be configured to automatically download and install software updates, upgrades and security patches. When not available, this should be done manually. This must include Antivirus and Anti-Malware.
- Encryption Key Backup - without physical access to the endpoint
