Required Cloud,Java,AngularJS,Spring freelancer for Java Architect for Cloud Web Application job

We need an excellent Java Expert with architect experience on enterprise class Java web applications. Ideal candidate should have solid foundation on Java and Spring Framework.
Since this is going to be web based application, knowledge on HTML5, Javascript & AngularJS framework preferably. Also strong knowledge on Spring security is required.
Should be able recommend best practices on development process for cloud application. The nature of work will be ongoing support & consulting as we wrap-up our product development and head for launch.
