We need a contractor to help us bring our JIRA instance to our modern process. We need this done fast, so we are looking for someone with many available weekly hours to finish this project in a week or two, maximum.
Below are the tasks required:
- 90% completed a migration of a workflow from another instance to our instance, but we need to copy the permissions and notification schemas and do some renaming to remove references to the other business
- We need to replace the current Software Ticket workflow with the new workflow we are migrating. In every project we want to leave the existing workflow for tickets already created for ease, however use the new workflow for all new tickets. Users should not have the ability to create tickets in the deprecated workflow.
- We are currently running v6.4 and need to upgrade to the latest version
Of course, this will all need to be tested thoroughly as well as it will be going right into a production system.
