We are renovating a 100yr old house in our Downtown area. Kitchen area has been gutted and we are looking to remodel with an appropriate and functional design. House will be used as a gathering place and small event space (100-150 ppl). Kitchen will need to accommodate potential overnight/weekend guests/bridal parties, etc. Does not need to be a commercial kitchen. Looking for layout and design. Property has designation with the National Historic registry.
