Required software development freelancer for Kitchen Printer Emulation job

I own several fish and chip shops and use iZettle for the till systems and a kitchen display unit called ChefTab (by Select Electronics) for displaying orders coming from the till on a large screen on the kitchen side which is also to a bump bar for control. ChefTab works by emulating a thermal printer so the iZettle tills think they are printing a receipt on a physical printer however ChefTab instead shows it on the display as a ticket. The system is highly configurable and works well for us.

Recently however the way we take orders is changing and we now receive a lot of online orders for collection through our website and also a lot of orders through Deliveroo for delivery. I would like these two new systems to 'print' (display) on the ChefTab screen as well but unfortunately this doesn't work at the moment for the following reasons...

The website orders come through to us on a tablet which will print to a thermal printer and should in theory work with ChefTab however for some reason ChefTab doesn't receive the sent tickets despite it being recognised by the order taking app as a printer. I have contacted ChefTab about this but they have been unable to (or unwilling) to find a solution for me.

The Deliveroo doesn't work because their tablet will only print to a bluetooth printer and ChefTab can't receive tickets by bluetooth it needs to receive the tickets over a network connection.

The job I need doing is for an app to be made that can emulate a printer that will receive order tickets from both our website order taking tablet over wifi and also the Deliveroo order taking tablet over bluetooth and then forward the data on to ChefTab in a format it can receive in real time. (The ChefTab software emulates a Star thermal printer.)

I've no idea if this is possible but thought I'd ask here to see if someone thought they could do it.
