Looking for a personal assistant who currently lives within 30 minutes, by train, from Shin-Kyoto station.

The job is to assist in looking for low price or destress sale house/house near enough to the tourist area. The person who is hired needs to do a lot of walking, talking with real estate agents, government officials and send photos.

Ideally Japanese native. Will consider fluent non-Japanese (your Japanese level will be tested).
