Looking for a person who can create CAD plans in Vectorworks (its what we use in our office) from hand drawings or Vectorworks and 3D models in Sketch Up or Vectorworks 3D on an as-needed basis.
We are developing the landscape plan sets now for architectural projects, Experience in creating plans sets for permitting a must.
Ability to take feedback via electronic redlines and phone calls a must. Ability to turn work around quickly critical esp beyond typical 8-5pm EST time zones. Some creativity welcomed.
This could be an on-going gig if you are the right person.
