Required Trusts Estates and Wills freelancer for Lawyer needed to Decide Whether I can take a certain action on a Trust of which I am Sole Trustee and if so, Help Write Living Will job

I am the Sole Trustee on my mother's estate, and also the primary beneficiary. There is a property currently going through a 1031 Exchange, and I would like to know if I can move the money out of one Trust and into another within the directions of the Trust, and if so, how to do so. I would either be moving it into a pre-existing Trust, or, if possible, forming a new Trust for purposes of avoiding the basis of the property going up again upon my mother's passing. The initial evaluation would probably take only about an hour, but if I am to form a new trust, the writing of that Trust should take a larger chunk of time.
