Hi

I want to increase teh speed of my website and want a developer who can do the following without using third party plugins (because they add un-necessary bloat)

1. Lazily load images
2. Lazily load some plugins like facebook etc.

Outcome is that i want to save upto 1 second of load time for the pages on my site. If you have other ways of achieving this all the better for me
