Required software development freelancer for Lead Bridge ADF Format Integration Expert job

Looking for someone who has high-level experience in leads bridge app. Must know how to do the following:

*Convert WP form leads into ADF Format and into CRM. (We already have this done. We would want to just add more forms to be converted in ADF format and inputted into CRM)

* Facebook Audience auto Syncing from our DMS system.
