Within allowed terms of service or from allowed public sources we would like LinkedIn extracted twice yearly (or perhaps quarterly depending on the price). This would be an ongoing long-term job. Please quote a complete extraction on your side, do not quote to create an extractor. If you have already done it and have the data already available then can update that is even better. This is a large job with over 350M profiles (milestones: 7 payments at 50M profiles retrieved each) so only highly experienced data scraping professionals with 1000+ IP who have done large volume LinkedIn web scraping (or have a reliable source) should apply (see Tip below if you need more IP for this job).
