Required software development freelancer for Linux Installation Script job

We have a dedicated server at the moment that has debian and running Minecraft server network.

We would like to reinstall Linux (but this time the smallest possible kernal) and have the server hardened, root user disabled, keys set up, a good firewall (UFW?) and any other security you think we would need. We will also need open-jdk-8, and MySQL with a user and single database already set up.

Most importantly we would like an installation script so we can set this kind of server up later in the future with ease.
