PROJECT: Create three 3D renderings for Residential Loft Interior Design.

Seeking a 3-D designer to create renderings for interior design purposes. Must be able to create modern high quality 3d spaces while communicating throughout the process.

NOTE: this will not be directly translated into construction documents. Renderings will be used for interior design purposes.

The rate will be $400 to 600 per rendering. We require 10+ renderings, so this project will start small and a successful candidate will gain more projects. Seeking a long term partner to create interior design.

I will give some examples of what we are looking for as far as quality. Will review submissions this week and make final candidate selection(s) by Saturday.
