Deliver a single web page with one section for new user registration and another section for user login.

1) Passwords must be hashed
2) Sign up inputs: Invite Code, Email, and Password
3) Login inputs: Email, and Password
4) Invite Code entered must match a predetermined string (e.g. 123456)
5) Store login/sign up information (email, invite code, hashed password) into our PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS RDS
6) Upon successful login, user gains access to our main web application hosted on AWS
7) Security groups must be configured as to ensure login page is public but main web app is behind a firewall only accessible upon login
