Required Logo Design freelancer for logo design job

Logo creation: I need a logo for a law firm that specializes in getting disability and health insurance for mentally ill people. It should appeal to professional referral sources, like mental health hospital administrators and therapists, not the patients necessarily, So somewhat corporate. I'd like to incorporate a butterfly into the design and would really like to use a butterfly with an M in it as the first M. We may end up going by MBRC rather than the full
initials of MMBRC so that the first M with butterfly kind of becomes the logo. Blue and white or black and white are preferred. Two shades of blue is OK. This mock up is just kind of an idea. Obviously, the B and R aren't very clear here. But we want the initials on top in the full name underneath. LLC should be at the end of the full name, which isn't present here on this example.
