Hi there we are a growing ecommerce company and we are looking for someone to work 2 - 3 hours per day to do customer-service functions, order & product research within the e-commerce store.
We are looking to build a long term relationship with our reps and someone who can grow with our company.
The main daily task will be:
1) Answer tickets through e-mails and our facebook pages. We will give you saved replies for the most common emails so you only need to copy paste. For emails you don't know what to answer we ll be available anytime.
2) Process orders through oberlo / aliexpress when needed.
3) Doing basic product research: we will give you a guidance to find product, everyday you will submit us a list of 5-7 product that you think is worth promoting base on our criteria.
Required skills:
- Excellent English spoken and written.
- Experience with Shopify and Oberlo.
- Shopify order management. Edit, cancel, refund.
- Understanding how to treat customers and make them happy
- Interested in a long term job and future promotion
TIME:
This role will be 2 - 3 hours per day, 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday). So we need someone who can work during weekends and holidays.

1. All tickets answered in 4hrs or less.
2. All order processed within 24 hours.
3. Customer Happiness > 90%45. Frequent and promptly communication.
