Hello,
We are currently looking for a Google Analytics and a Google Search Console expert for our Singapore operation.

The individual, we will take on this long term position in our company, will need to provide the following in the first few weeks of the project.

*** Identifying surfing behavior and bounce points ***

- Monitoring the visitor behavior on the website (which pages the visitor visited).
- Monitoring the visitor behavior on key pages.
- Trends and different patterns behavior between mobile devices and desktops.
- Monitoring site search.
- Adding custom parameters to Analytics in order to differentiate visitors based on behavior.
- Implementing a tool which will record the screen and create heat maps (mouse moves, mouse clicks, and depth of scrolling) with the help of sites such as - Crazy Egg.

*** Full Conversion Monitoring (Marketing Funnel) ***

- Our websites are currently lead gen sites, but if we decide in the future you should also know how to implement Enhanced Ecommerce, so we can monitor purchase behavior on the sites (product views, listing views, add to cart, payment page landing, payment page confirmation).

* Monitoring different actions on our sites - login, logout, site registration, newsletter registration, contact us inquiry, whatsapp inquiry, and phone inquiry.

- For the future, we want you to also know how to monitor activities in native and web apps.

- Add custom parameters to Analytics, so we can asses the data for our business goals.

*** Measuring Advertising Effectiveness ***

- Connecting between Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Sending conversion to Google ads based on the Goals that you declare in Analytics
- Connecting between Google Search Console to Google Analytics.
- Sending Facebook advertisement costs data to Google Analytics.
- In the future, you need to be knowledgeable with sending Taboola and Outbrain advertisement costs data to Google Analytics.
- You need to know how to use a tagging tool for all channels.
- You need to know how to implement pixel, remarketing, and report conversions to the different platforms.

*** Google Analytics Settings ***

- Creating views and filters for display in Google Analytics.
- Creating goals and ecommerce.
- Creating custom parameters.
- Creating a template to upload advertising costs (Facebook, Taboola and Outbrain).
- Creating validation reports (to check data).

*** Manager Board In Data Studio ***

- Funnel and conversion rate.
* How visitors behave on the websites.
- Compression between mobile and desktop.
- Paid Promotion.
- SEO - and organic traffic.
- Sales and items.

*** Tool To Track And Monitor Advertising ***

- A file to plan and track all digital advertising platforms.
- A method to manage advertising to make Return On Investment (ROI) optimization.

*** Research Tool ***
- Implementing Crazy Egg - heat maps according to mouse movement, clicks, depth of scroll, and an option to present to visitors surveys and questionnaires inside the websites.

- Understanding the data, and checking if the data is trustworthy.

- Tagging and using advertising management tool including an explanation on how to manage advertising.

- Research - what can we gain through research, and how can we use it to improve. Creating a survey to distinguish between site visitors.

- We would also want to you to know how to use the Google Data Studio, and share your knowledge with us.

- Gathering all the data that we accumulated into a report that we will give us recommendations and conclusions.

- Tracing the weak spots in the conversion process, and recommendation on how it can be improved.

*** This is how we want the work process to be between you and we ***

Work Start 1 - you will learn from us what our business needs, and we will share with you all the login details to our different online account (WordPress, cpanels, Analytics, Console, etc..)

Week 1 - Adding Tracking.
Week 2 - Using Tag Assistant, and tagging links.
Week 3 - Going over the data to check if the data is reliable.
Week 4 - Using Crazy Egg to create heat maps for specific pages, activating screen record, and creating the first survey to differentiate between the different visitors.
Week 5 - Creating managing board for managers in Data Studio to manage all aspects of digital activity.
Week 5 - Gathering all data to prepare a document which will include conclusions and recommendations. Tracing weak spots in the conversion funnel, and presenting recommendation for improvement.
Week 6 - Conclusion - Analyzing the data in Data Studio and the Recommendation document.
Week 7 - Going over the project and providing feedback.

Everything we discuss in the instructional meetings between us should be done inside the Zoom Virtual Service, so we will have recordings of our chats.

Overall we have a total of 3 websites that get a moderate amount of traffic from Singapore (mainly).
