What you'll do:
Communication with customers is done through emails/live chat/phone calls. Fluent mother tongue English is an advantage, no grammar mistake is a must.

- Conflict resolution skills
- Answer client emails
- Has high-speed internet and modern computer capability
Bonus:
Previous experience with working on CRM Systems ( Customer Relationship Management ), Zoho Desk, Intercom.
