Required Virtual Assistant,Administrative Support freelancer for Looking for a Virtual Assistant job

HI, We own several small businesses: restaurants, stores, pharmacies. We are looking for a virtual assistant preferably in NYC but we have plenty of tasks that can be done from other states, the tasks are mostly to follow up on pending issues, find contractors, attorneys or other professionals, get the best quote and follow up on a project with them.

We would prefer a native speaker, someone who can proofread and correct flyers, business cards, web content and so forth as well as some one who can paraphrase web content.
