Required Website Development freelancer for Looking for a website builder to put my leadpage online job

I'm looking for someone who can put my leadpage into one nice looking page.

I created it myself at websitebuilder,com but i've got some issues with how it looks.

It also needs to be available for mobile viewing.

This page only exists of one page, no tabs. When prospects push the apply button they will be redirected to another website.
