We are currently seeking a creative, energetic, experienced Graphic Design Specialist for Social Media. The Graphic Design is responsible for developing creating the designs for our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales effort. This position will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales department and must have superior attention to detail!
Able to transform strategic direction into high quality design within an established brand identity and not just follow a style guide
Ideal candidate will have expert level graphic design skills with web design and solid social marketing analytics experience. This position is ideal for an outside of the box thinker with strong creative savvy.
- Design the graphic content for our digital communications (newsletters, president's communiques, various program/event promotions, holiday cards), presentations, digital and print event-related collateral, social media campaigns and website, spreads for media partner publications, document templates.
- Create and manage all ongoing digital designs across all of our platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Uphold, communicate, streamline and evolve consistent brand standards across all deliverable
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
- Experience with digital, social and direct response marketing.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign is a MUST
- Responsible for the design and production of a diverse range of graphic, print, and digital media collateral.
- Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript is a plus.
- Adaptive design eye and skill.
- Familiarity with production methods, both print and digital.
- Creative thinking skills.
- Relevant portfolio recent work.
- Photography, PowerPoint, simple video editing, and GIF creation experience is a plus.
- 3D rendering ability a plus
- Very strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under short deadlines
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Skills in photography a plus
