The roles of a BDE will be:
1) Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
2) Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
3) Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
The major role will be to bring in New Business (Staffing)
Payment:
1) Payment will be made based on the monthly target achieved (on 10th of each month):
Monthly Target----- 3,00,000 INR per month (USD 4700 per month)
A) On achieving the 90-100% target------- INR 25,000 per month (USD 360/month)
B) On achieving 70-80% Target------------- INR 20,000 per month (USD 286/month)
C) On achieving 50%-69% Target----------- INR 15,000 per month (USD 215/month)
D) On achieving 20%-49% Target----------- INR 8,000 per month (USD 115/month)
