We’re looking for someone with an impeccable attention to detail who’s also a team player and a “people person.” You need to have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and have the ability to stay calm under pressure. A passion for transformation/personal growth is a plus.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, a top notch proofreader, and highly organized and proactive-- always looking for ways to improve systems and operations, with an eye on making a massive, positive contribution to the company at-large. We’re looking for someone with experience in both writing and social media (especially Facebook and Instagram), who’s patient, good at juggling tasks, prioritizing, and managing others.
Must have a background with customer care and as an administrative assistant, be highly proficient in Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, sales conversations, Instagram, Facebook, and customer service.
Knowledge of WordPress, Ruzuku, Instant Teleseminar, Basecamp, SEO, Google Apps for Business, Facebook Ads, Infusionsoft, and Adobe Acrobat are a plus.
