We are looking for Developer for Converting an Excel based model into a Desktop application with a simple ETL routine and a web enabled GUI. output is expected as below:

Web based GUI
Backend connection to DB or excel upload
Capability to edit uploaded data
Basic security and user management
Editing the calculations via GUI
Simple graphical reports
